WOW!! I bought tires from an online retailer and called to make sure they would be able to mount and balance them for me without waiting for weeks on end. I was given an appointment for the day after my tires arrived and got there a little bit early to verify my information. What a great group of people!! Everyone was smiling and friendly, even with the early arrival-so refreshing! My tires were on within two hours, the cost exceeded my expectations and my dog had a belly full of treats before we left. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again for any service and highly recommended them!

We were stranded with a dead car on a Friday afternoon. We towed it here and they were absolutely amazing getting the car running again. A new starter and we're back on the road, headed home. Absolutely amazing friendly and knowledgeable people.

Dropped off car to have tires rotated. Was told it would be an hour so I walked across street to Safeway. When I returned i checked in and said I would wait outside. 20 min later I realized my car was moved and probably already finished. I asked what the status was and after a few minutes it was .. ‘oh yeah… its done’ Later I found a voicemail that had been blocked on my phone, indicating it was actually finished when I returned to the shop. One suggestion I would have is to engage with whoever is sitting in your waiting area… and double check if they have been helped or need an update…. Relying on everyone being tech savy is not a reliable indicator for the range of ages and comfort in tech.

On more than one occasion I have been quoted a price- Once on engine and oil pan gasket and again on tire mounting. Both times the charge was hugely more than the quote. After the service, they said I was misquoted. So I wonder- then why get a quote in the first place if the story changes after the fact? The tire mounting went from $80 to $180. Yikes!- it is enough to give mechanics a bad reputation (ha!).........

Well considering I was wanting a tire rotation and they chose not to do it because they didn't feel I needed it, wasn't good. I drove off and had to return because my tires were under inflated. Yet I was told by a so called technician that they were never touched and would come up to pressure after about 15 miles of driving. Mind you, I just drove 80 miles to get there. Service writer gal and guy and so called technician wanted to argue on both points... Oil change was fine. Unfortunately you have lost a customer and any other people I tell to avoid your business. Pretty sad since you hang a NAPA Autocare sign.
